Every order ships free, Australia-wide, direct from our Western Sydney warehouse — and most orders leave the shelf the same day.
Delivery at a glance
- Free shipping on everything — dispatched same or next business day from Sydney.
- 1–5 working days to Eastern-state metro areas; regional and remote addresses take a little longer.
- Need it sooner? An Express option is available at checkout.
Do I need to be home?
Usually, yes — most deliveries require a signature, and larger items can't go to PO boxes. If nobody's home and you haven't given authority to leave, your parcel heads to a depot or collection point, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Picking up instead?
Collect from our Penrith warehouse at 9 Railway Street, Emu Plains NSW 2750. Orders are usually ready within 1–3 working hours — please wait for your ready-to-collect notification before heading in. Fireplaces and other large pickup items may need an extra 1–2 working days to come across from offsite storage — and a trailer is your best friend for collecting them.
Large items
Fireplaces and air conditioners are heavy. Delivery covers getting them to your address — not moving them inside or installing them — and drivers can only take them where a trolley can reach.
Same-day local delivery
Within 10 km of our Emu Plains warehouse? A flat-fee same-day option appears at checkout for eligible addresses. Order by 2 pm for delivery by 7 pm — and if we can't fulfil it, the fee comes straight back.
One thing to double-check
Make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — if a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incorrect, the cost of resending it is yours.
