Everything we sell is genuine stock backed by a full manufacturer's warranty — and if something's not right, we'll sort it.

Warranty

All products carry a manufacturer's warranty, typically 12 months against manufacturing defects. Raise a warranty issue with us via the contact page, or go directly to the manufacturer — whichever suits you.

Rinnai products: the fastest path is Rinnai's own online service booking.

Returns — 30 days

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

  • Faulty or damaged? Contact us straight away with your order number, full name, phone, email and a description of the fault. Once confirmed, we'll collect it free of charge and replace it, credit you, or refund you. Faults caused by installation error, misuse or third parties aren't covered.
  • Wrong item sent? Our mistake — collected and replaced at no cost to you.
  • Changed your mind? We may offer a credit or refund at our discretion, excluding shipping.

  • Electronic components, controllers or spare parts (unless faulty)
  • Opened or used items (unless faulty)
