Warranty & Returns Policy

At Ample Air Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our warranty and returns information below, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is typically 12 months against manufacturing defects. For any warranty enquiries or product support, you may contact either us or the manufacturer directly.

Rinnai Products

For all Rinnai warranty information, including terms and how to book a warranty service, please visit the Rinnai website.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Faulty or Damaged Items

All items are inspected before dispatch, but if you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately by replying to your order email or via our contact form, including your order number, full name (as per the order), contact number, email address, and a detailed description of the issue.

  • If the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a replacement, credit, or refund.

Please note: Faults caused by installation error, misuse, or third parties are not covered and are not eligible for return.

Incorrect Items

On the rare occasion you receive an incorrect item:

  • Please contact us immediately by replying to your order email or via our contact form, including your order details and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and ship the correct one to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

Change of Mind / Other Returns

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item:

  • We may, at our discretion, issue a credit or refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Special order items

    • Electronic components, controllers, or spare parts (unless faulty)

    • Items that have been opened or used (unless faulty)
