EcoFan removes damp, humid air from your sub floor to keep your family & your home healthy
Air iQ detects the temperature and humidity levels in your sub floor, allowing EcoFan to adjust to the environment. The technology intuitively responds to the conditions in your sub floor and adjusts EcoFan's speed to the optimal setting needed to remove heat and humidity, reducing the risk of condensation, mould and structural damage to your home.
EcoFan is a smart sub floor ventilator used to remove damp, stale air in the sub floor that can cause structural damage, odours and mould growth. EcoFan features an interchangeable exhaust or inward air flow capability. When two EcoFans are installed in the sub floor, the cross flow of air is achieved to allow effective ventilation and improve underfloor air quality problems.
Cross flow ventilation is achieved by setting one EcoFan to exhaust stale, damp air from the underfloor areas into the external environment, and the other to bring fresh, better quality air into a under floor space.
EcoFan has three speed settings that can be set to low, medium or high to suit seasonal variations and specific circumstances in the home. EcoFan also features temperature and humidity sensors that detect and adjust the speed settings of EcoFan based on the the temperature and humidity levels detected. This effectively helps reduce damp, mould and mildew growth.
Poor quality air in an underfloor area can flow into living areas creating air quality and breathing problems for those living in the home, especially those suffering from asthma and allergies. Therefore, the Bradford Ventilation partnership with Sensitive Choice (National Asthma Council Australia) shows the support for EcoFan providing better quality air for those with breathing problems.

Yes, we offer 30-day returns. Spare parts, controllers and special orders can't be returned. Please read our returns policy.

Of course. Pickups are available from our Emu Plains (Penrith) warehouse. Choose pickup at checkout.
Can I return spare parts and controllers?
As with any spare part or accessory, please check your system's technical data to confirm it's compatible, and read our returns policy before you buy. We can't accept returns on spare parts, controllers or electronics unless they're faulty or don't match the description.
