Product Overview

Rinnai Refrigerated Air Conditioning products can now be Wi-Fi enabled with this SmartPort WiFi Kit - note that the current 2024 onwards version is already WiFi enabled.

Control your Rinnai Air Conditioner straight from the palm of your hand, with the Rinnai SmartPort WiFi Kit and accompanying app. Compatibility includes the following Rinnai products:

  • 1:1 Ducted Split Systems including DRCi (Ducted Inverter)
  • 1:1 Cassette Split Systems
  • Slim Ducted Multi-Split Systems
  • Compact Cassette Multi-Split Systems

 

One SmartPort device is required per Indoor Unit (fan coil) requiring Wi-Fi control.


For example, if you have a Rinnai 5-Head Multi-Split with four (4) Slim Ducted Multi-Split Fan Coils, and one (1) Multi Hi-Wall, and you wish to control each indoor unit with Wi-Fi, you will require four (4) SmartPort Kits (the Hi-Wall already has Wi-Fi on-board). 


The SmartPort receiver must be mounted inside the home (not in the attic or underfloor) to ensure reliable connectivity to the home router. Please note, the remote controller is for setup only and can not be used to operate the system.

Do you have stock?

We hold a large amount of stock in our warehouses. If it is listed as available to purchase, we have stock ready to go. We don't do pre-orders or deposits. 

For eye tracking to work accurately, your headset needs to be correctly positioned on your head and in front of your eyes. Please see detailed instructions for positioning the headset and using eye tracking.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free throughout Australia. You can select the express option for faster delivery.  Bulky items are pick up only. 

How long until my order arrives?

We dispatch daily. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 working days to Australian metro areas.

Do you offer returns?

Yes! We offer 30 day returns. Please review our return policy here.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course! Pick ups are available from our Emu Plains - Penrith Warehouse. Select pick up during checkout.

As with any spare part or accessory, please refer to the technical data of your particular system to confirm compatibility. Please carefully consider our return policy before purchasing. We will not accept returns for spare parts, controllers or electronics unless faulty or it does not fit the description.
