Where do you place it?

Place in a room with the windows closed for the first 48-72 hours. The gel will evaporate into the air coming into contact with airborne mould and bacteria.

In your home, you can place it on any surface. For example – hallway tables, window sills, desk, bathroom shelf, wardrobe, next to kitchen bin, inside air-conditioning return(ducted system) or on top of a split system.

In your office, similarly, it can be placed on your desk, shelves, kitchen area, toilets, on top of split systems or inside the air-conditioning return (ducted systems).

Yes, we offer 30-day returns. Spare parts, controllers and special orders can't be returned. Please read our returns policy.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course. Pickups are available from our Emu Plains (Penrith) warehouse. Choose pickup at checkout.

Can I return spare parts and controllers?

As with any spare part or accessory, please check your system's technical data to confirm it's compatible, and read our returns policy before you buy. We can't accept returns on spare parts, controllers or electronics unless they're faulty or don't match the description.
