Product Overview
Particles as small as 0.1um (more than 100 times thinner than a human hair) are filtered by the HEPA filter of the Sensibo Pure. This includes contaminants such as bacteria and viruses, as well as PM (particulate matter) PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10. Additionally, the active carbon filter absorbs atoms of harmful gases such as smoke and VOCs (Volatile Organic Components).
Our filters incorporate a carbon filter that traps odor molecules through a process called absorption. Basically these molecules attach to the outside of a surface, rather than being soaked into it.
It's a good practice to clean the filter from time to time with a wet wipe on the outside surface. However, the internal HEPA & Active Carbon filtration system is very delicate and cannot be cleaned, so it needs to be replaced to ensure the same level of purification.
On average 6 months is the right time to replace your Pure filters. But not all homes are created equal, so the Sensibo Pure uses a special algorithm that analyzes your home inside/outside pollution levels , usage patterns and other parameters in order to calculate the right replacement frequency for you.

Do you have stock?
We hold a large amount of stock in our warehouse. If it's listed as available to buy, it's on the shelf and ready to go. We don't do pre-orders or deposits.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free throughout Australia. You can choose express at checkout for faster delivery. Bulky items are pickup only. See shipping & delivery for the details.
How long until my order arrives?
We dispatch daily. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days in Australian metro areas. More on shipping & delivery.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer 30-day returns. Spare parts, controllers and special orders can't be returned. Please read our returns policy.
Can I pick up my order?
Of course. Pickups are available from our Emu Plains (Penrith) warehouse. Choose pickup at checkout.
Can I return spare parts and controllers?
As with any spare part or accessory, please check your system's technical data to confirm it's compatible, and read our returns policy before you buy. We can't accept returns on spare parts, controllers or electronics unless they're faulty or don't match the description.
